We are proud to offer the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (CCP) program for eligible families with children from birth through 3 years old. We are committed to providing a nurturing learning environment that supports early childhood growth and development while helping families access quality educational opportunities.

What You Will Need to Bring
To help complete the application process, please bring the following documents to your appointment:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Medicaid Card or Insurance Card
- Proof of Income
- EBT, SNAP, or Food Stamps verification letter, if applicable
- If benefits are not received, income documentation from the past 12 months or recent tax returns
- Custody Documentation, if applicable
- Foster Care or Safety Plan Documentation, if applicable

Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (CCP)
The Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (CCP) program provides no-cost services for eligible families with children from birth through 3 years old.
Program Highlights
- No-cost services for eligible families
- Classroom-based learning environment
- Up to 10 instructional hours each day
- Programs for children ages birth through 3 years old
- Priority consideration for eligible children, including those with disabilities, experiencing homelessness, in foster care, and other vulnerable children
Transportation is not provided. Staff may be available to assist families in identifying transportation options where available.
